Job Description
Reviewing financial records; making adjustments as may be necessary to bring the accounts to its proper balances
Assist Finance Manager to report and analyze trends and performance. Summarize explanations and reasons for the variances.
Implement audit recommendations and procedures. Help draft policies for strong internal control.
Preparing financial reports using computer software applications such as Excel or QuickBooks
Support Finance Manager in review financial statements of companies and ensure compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations
Works with Finance Manager and Business Unit Heads / Department Heads to prepare budget and financial forecasts based on assumptions about economic conditions or other factors that might affect future revenue or cost.
Other tasks that may be assigned by the Finance Manager regarding financial reporting, controls, and policy improvement.
JOB QUALIFICATION
College Graduate, BSA, CPA
Knowledge of Accounting Software such as Quickbooks, and Net Suites
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office
Oral and written Communication Skills in English
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Willing to work onsite
