Job Description
Location: Santolan, Pasig City
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (Saturday work only when required for HR activities or meetings)
Salary Range: ₱30,000 - ₱40,000
Work Setup: Onsite
About the Role:
As a Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the AP and AR functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and collections, managing cash flow, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and customers. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with financial policies and providing valuable financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the AP/AR teams, providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Payment and Collection Management: Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and collection of receivables.
- Cash Flow Management: Forecast cash inflows, prepare weekly budget requirements, and monitor cash flow and aging reports.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present reports on AP/AR aging, cash flow, and other financial metrics.
- Compliance and Control: Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and financial regulations.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement procedures to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Budgeting and Analysis: Prepare and consolidate the annual budget, and conduct monthly variance analysis.
- Investment and Debt Management: Monitor investments and loans, and manage company credit lines.
- Inventory Management: Oversee physical inventory counts and monitoring.
- Audit and Support: Assist with audits and internal reviews by providing necessary documentation.
- Customer Support: Handle customer financial support requirements.
- Environmental Management: Support and implement Environmental Management System.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Formulate systems, policies and procedures for the assigned scope of responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the same field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly resourceful, and dependable.
- Strong financial analysis, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with accounting report processing and ERP systems like Netsuite and SAP
