Position: Amazon Support Specialist

Work Location: Pasig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift/Night shift
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 45,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENT:
Bachelors Degree holder
With at least 1 year of experience operating within Amazon Seller or Vendor Central
Amenable to attend face to face interview.
Amenable to work on site
Can start working as soon as possible is an advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tracking the condition of an account, determining the underlying reason for policy infractions or listing health problems, informing cross-functional team members of the documentation requirements, and seeing the matter through to completion.
Supporting the client's business demands by developing new product listings and variant structures while adhering to policy standards.
Describing the state of tickets, issues, and account health in collaboration with the operations manager and/or director.
generating and formatting reporting dashboards by extracting information.
Other task as assigned.
