COMPANY PROFILE: It is an IT company provides digital solutions creation and support. A wide range of services in the following categories are offered by this company, which began operations in 2009: digital marketing, customer experience, data & analytics, BPO & eCommerce, software engineering, and product architecture & design. When they first started, they had just three employees, but now they employ over 200 people worldwide. Not only are they growing domestically, but also globally.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder
✨ With 2-3 years’ work experience as Operations Manager
✨ With minimum of 8-10 years’ experience working in BPO Industries
✨ Amendable to work on site
✨ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Applies the Employee Handbook to direct reports
✨ Monitors client escalation and responds quickly to address concerns and issues
✨ Oversee multiple teams in the customer care, technical support, and e-commerce industries.
✨ Able to work with Work Force Manager/RTA to meet the scheduling needs of different accounts
✨ Holds regular client consultation sessions to discuss the account and performance
