Position: Amazon Support Representative (Antipolo City)

Work Schedule: Day shift – First 2 months and Night shift – after 2nd month of tenure

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder
✨With experience in Amazon Seller or Vendor Central
✨Willing to work on night shift schedule
✨Amenable to attend interviews
✨Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨Responsible ticket resolution and account health activities of clients
✨Identify cause of violation and listing health issues
✨Create new product listing and variations structures for the products
✨Collaborating with operations Manager/Director to monitor the account status
✨Other tasks may be assigned from time to time
