Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary interface between the client and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.

Own end-to-end accountability for account performance, delivery, and client satisfaction.

Manage large-scale telecom transformation programs involving OSS/BSS, 5G, network operations, or digital customer experience.

Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across IT, business, and operations.

Monitor account health metrics including revenue, margins, delivery quality, and client satisfaction (CSAT).

Drive innovation and proactively present digital solutions that align with the client's telecom roadmap.

Collaborate with pre-sales and solutions teams to respond to RFPs/RFIs and lead proposal development.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
