Job Description

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Representative for a leading telecommunications company. This full-time role is based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, and offers an attractive relocation package for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner

Assist customers with a wide range of topics, including product information, troubleshooting, and order processing

Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department for resolution

Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

Preferably with 6 months customer service experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers from diverse backgrounds

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly and accurately address customer inquiries

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the team
