Job Description

Hiring Customer Service Representative in Cagayan de Oro
Location: Cagayan de Oro
Schedule: Shifting | Onsite
Full-Time | With Relocation Package

Qualifications:
At least HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS / ALS Graduate

Excellent communication skills

Preferably with 6 months Customer Service Experience (CCE)

Basic computer navigation + 25–30 WPM typing

Must be at least 18 years old

Salary Package:
₱19,000 (6–12 months CCE)

₱21,000 (13+ months CCE)

Earn up to ₱45,000 with incentives and bonuses!

Relocation Package:
From Bacolod:

Airfare: ₱8,000

Lodging + Allowance: ₱550/day (15 days)

From Nearby Provinces:

Transport Reimbursement: ₱2,000
