Customer Service Representative- Telco Account

About the role:
Join the growing team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' and work as a Call Center Agent for one of our leading telecommunication (TELCO) clients in our Cagayan de Oro office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our TELCO customers.

What you'll be doing:
Answering inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through problem resolution
Upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
Adhering to all quality and compliance standards set by the company and our TELCO client

What we're looking for:
At least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad with 6mos. or without BPO experience
Previous experience working in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathise and provide a positive customer experience
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and issues
Basic computer and technical skills to navigate customer service platforms and systems
Fluency in both English and the local language (Cebuano)
A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service
