Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining a positive brand experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help people.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy, escalating complex matters when necessary
Document all interactions and updates in the customer service system
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services
Uphold customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive team environment

- One way transportation (going home) will also be provided for show up candidates with at least 6mos CCE.
- Relocation package will also be available for candidates with at least 6mos CCE.
- 10K SOB for Telco hires with at least 6mos CCE until Week of April 6 class.
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old
- Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
- Typing speed of 25 - 30 WPM
Compensation and Benefits:

Other Qualifications
