Job Description
Respond to customer inquiries regarding bookings, travel policies, itineraries, and general travel-related questions.
Assist with modifying, canceling, or confirming reservations for flights, hotels, or vacation packages.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding travel policies, COVID-related updates, and refund procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to manage customer needs.
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
