Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Travel Account team. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers via phone, email, or chat.

Provide accurate information about travel products, pricing, availability, and policies.

Resolve complaints and handle cancellations, reschedules, and special requests in a timely manner.

Coordinate with internal departments and third-party providers to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Upsell travel products and services where appropriate.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and company products.

Follow company procedures and compliance policies, especially in relation to data privacy and payment handling.
Salary:
₱25,000.00 Monthly
