Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
-Utilize graphic or digital art design to increase brand attraction
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
-Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
-Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
-Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
-Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
-Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
-Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
-Preferred Education, Skills, & Experience

Qualifications:
-BA/BS degree in business administration, sales, marketing, engineering, or relevant field
-Proven work experience as a digital account manager, brand manager, key account manager, marketing officer, sales account manager, or relevant role
-Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and c-level
-Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs; those who worked in packaging design companies will be an advantage to the position
-Excellent listening, negotiation, and lasting client relationships.

-We are accepting candidates that are willing to be assigned in Cebu and Metro Manila.

WORK LOCATIONS: Quezon City

WORK SCHEDULE: Mon-Thurs 8-6pm, Fridays 8-5pm, every other Saturday 8-5pm
