Schedule: Mon-Thurs (8AM-6PM), Fri (8AM-5PM), Every Other Sat (8AM-5PM)
Salary: Negotiable (based on skills and experience)
Job Summary:
We seek an Account Manager to build long-term client relationships in the digital and printing industry. Candidates with sales experience in printing markets, supplier networks (printers, inks, substrates), or packaging design backgrounds are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for customer account management.
Utilize graphic/digital design skills to enhance brand appeal.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
Identify growth opportunities and meet sales targets.
Track and forecast key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales).
Collaborate with sales teams to expand territory opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Brand Manager, or similar role.
Strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels (including C-suite).
Experience in client-focused solutions; packaging design background is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to be assigned in Cebu or Metro Manila.
