It has more than 150 employees and has been providing services to several clients for more than 7 years. They seek to offer their clients cost-cutting techniques, enhanced customer support, enduring alliances, and higher profits.
Position: Customers Service Representative

Job Requirements:
Open for Fresh graduate, undergraduate or Highschool graduate.
Open for no work experience
With experience in Customer services is an advantage
Amenable to work in Eastwood, Quezon City
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalism
Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner via phone
Order taking on inbound calls
Take inbound calls for customers to handle ORDERS, PRAYERS, DONATIONS and ETC.
Upselling and cross selling
Retention and winning back of dissatisfied customers.
Assist elderly customers Develop solutions to solve the customer needs specially with their Orders and other requests.
Updating all CRM systems and internal trackers
Research required information using available resources: Client Product
Websites and Knowledge Base- Books and Speakers/ scriptures/Bible/Magazine and ETC.
