Job Description
- Responsible for administering user endpoint devices including software installation, updating, patching and troubleshooting
- Provides 1st level support on IT issues reported by users
- Oversees the performance of 3rd Party service provider for user support
- Assist in research activities related to endpoint technologies
- Conduct User Satisfaction Surveys (USAT).
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering (Computer/Telecom/Electronics), or related field.
