Company Profile: American Travel Booking platform which helps users to book hotel, flight and car rentals using mobile phone anytime and anywhere. This platform is widely used around the world. This Mobile app uses online payment.

Position: Korean Fraud Specialist
Company: Contact Center for Travel Account
Work Onsite: Pasig City
Salary: Php 85,000 - Php 110,000 Monthly
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Open for Filipino who speak Korean Language
• Open for Korean national can speak in English
• Must have FRAUD experience for 6 months (minimum)
• Having experience in fraud is very important for the role
• Open to graduates and undergraduates
• Applicants having any of these experience can apply:
• Fraud, risk, know your customer, money laundering or credit card verification

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Main job is to identify if a transaction is fraudulent
• Identify if the online listing is fake or scam
• Investigate fake bookings from fake customers
• Check if credit card is stolen or fake
• Investigate payment history and transactions to identify fraud
• Screen if the refund claim is fraudulent
• Identify suspicious payment and bookings
• Screen customer personal data and information to prevent risk
• Escalating fraud activities to the Security team for compliance
