JOB REQUIREMENTS:
JLPT N2 Passer
Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s / college degree, preferably from any office-related course
Undergraduates with BPO experience are accepted
At least one (1) year of work experience in customer support, customer services, or other related work is preferred for this position but not required
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering client inquiries regarding their account status, transactions, trades, withdrawals and deposits, etc. through email and chat.
Informing other staff about the current campaign and how it works.
Endorsement to all departments regarding tasks done and updates regarding daily work
Conduct proper investigation when the need arises (e.g. suspicious emails)
Locate and pinpoint possible errors on Platform, Kanrigamen, Website, etc, and report them immediately to the team leader and/or superiors
Check emails regarding CC errors and respond through Thunderbird
Send proper emails regarding tasks specifically created by superiors/team leaders
