Position: CSR
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Taguig City
Work Set up: Work On Site
Salary: Php 28,000 - Php 35,000
Work Schedule: Graveyard

Requirements:

Open for undergraduates
At least 2 years of experience working in BPO Company
Handled financial account
Willing to work on site
Willing to work in graveyard shift
Responsibilities:

Uses standard procedures to carry out a variety of transactions and tasks.
Collaborates with both internal and external business partners to forward documents, communications, and other action items.
Examines transactions and associated documentation and confirms work procedures.
Keep thorough records of all transactions, making sure that all information is current and available for auditing or review.
Preserve data integrity and account accuracy, keep an eye on account activity, proactively spot inconsistencies, and take corrective action.
Assist compliance initiatives by following all legal mandates and corporate guidelines and promptly informing management of any deviations.
