Salary: Php 16,000- Php 19,000
Schedule: 11 Pm – 7AM

Job Requirements:
bachelor’s degree in Business management, or any courses
Open for fresh graduates
with experience in verification is a plus.
with experience working customer services is a big advantage
Willing to work on site
Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct verification of customer information and documents for accuracy and authenticity.
Cross-check data using internal and external databases.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to clarify discrepancies or obtain additional information.
Maintain detailed records of verification processes and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data privacy standards.
Identify and report potential fraud or suspicious activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve verification-related issues efficiently.
Provide support in process improvement initiatives to enhance verification accuracy and efficiency.
