Job Description

Sapient is looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to assist clients with their financial inquiries! We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative in Cubao, Quezon City to provide professional support for a financial services account.
If you have strong communication skills, are at least 18 years old, and are ready to work onsite in shifting schedules, we want you on board!

Your Key Responsibilities:

-Assist customers with financial transactions, inquiries, and account concerns.
-Provide accurate and efficient solutions while ensuring excellent service.
-Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling customer information.

Needed Qualifications:

-High school graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS graduate (New Curriculum), college undergraduate, or fresh graduate.
-Strong English communication skills.
-Willing to work onsite in shifting schedules.
-Must currently reside within Metro Manila.
