Job Description

Sapient is looking for problem-solvers and tech enthusiasts to deliver top-tier support for a premium telecommunications account! We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative in Eton Centris, Quezon City, to assist customers with their telco needs.
If you're 18 or older, a high school (Old Curriculum) or senior high school (New Curriculum) graduate, and eager to work onsite in a shifting schedule, we want you on board!

Your Key Responsibilities:

-Handle customer inquiries, billing concerns, and technical support for a premium telco provider.
-Deliver fast and effective resolutions while maintaining excellent service quality.
-Ensure a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction.

Needed Qualifications:

-High school graduate (Old Curriculum) or SHS graduate (New Curriculum).
-Strong English communication skills.
-Willing to work onsite at Eton Centris and on a shifting schedule.
