Your Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with their telco-related inquiries, offering friendly and helpful solutions
- Provide accurate information about products and services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely responses and a positive experience for all customers

Needed Qualifications:

- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
- Currently residing within Metro Manila
- 18 years old and above (legal age)
- College fresh graduates or undergraduates of any course are welcome to apply
- No prior call center experience required
