Job Description

Sapient is looking for compassionate problem-solvers who can assist customers with their healthcare-related concerns! We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative in Santa Mesa, Manila to provide support for healthcare inquiries, appointments, and technical assistance.
If you're at least 18, have strong communication skills, and are ready to work onsite in shifting schedules, we want you on board!

Your Key Responsibilities:

-Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries and technical support.
-Provide accurate and timely solutions while maintaining a friendly approach.
-Ensure every interaction is smooth, professional, and patient-focused.

Needed Qualifications:

-High school graduate (Old Curriculum), SHS graduate (New Curriculum), college undergraduate, or fresh graduate.
-Strong English communication skills.
-Willing to work onsite in shifting schedules.
-Must currently reside within Metro Manila.
