Job Description

Sapient is looking for sharp communicators who can make every customer interaction smooth and hassle-free! We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative in Makati (Magallanes) to assist customers with their telco concerns, from billing inquiries to troubleshooting.
If you're at least 18, have strong communication skills, and are ready to work onsite in shifting schedules, we want you on board!

Your Key Responsibilities:

-Assist customers with billing, account concerns, and technical troubleshooting.
-Provide clear and effective solutions while keeping a professional and friendly approach.
-Ensure every interaction is seamless, efficient, and customer-focused.

Needed Qualifications:

-High school graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS graduate.
-Strong English communication skills.
-Willing to work onsite in shifting schedules.
