Job Description
- Perform routine clerical and organizational tasks.
- Scheduling technician for meter reading of machine to client.
- Process monthly billing based on the volume/consumption used.
- Data encoding.
- Answering client inquiries and concern thru email and phone call.
- Create reports for monitoring.
- Coordinates and maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Other functions as needed by the immediate superior.
Skills Needed:
-With strong computer/technical skills, Data Entry Skills, Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Microsoft Office Skills, Teamwork
- Ability to problem-solve using problem analysis skills
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to potential customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Qualifications:
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 6 months working experience.
- Experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (8:30am – 6:00pm); Ability to work on Saturday’s if needed
- Salary:
- ₱16,000.00 Monthly
