Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the growth of the company's market presence, particularly in the security systems sector (FDAS, CCTV, Access Control, etc.).

While experience in FDAS and CCTV is a plus, it is not required. Training and product orientation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution offerings and after-sales support.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to build market visibility.
Maintain and update CRM and sales tracking tools.

Scope of Work:
Market Research & Lead Generation:
Research target markets and generate a pipeline of qualified leads.

Client Engagement:
Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations to introduce services and products.

Proposal Development:
Coordinate with the technical team to draft customized proposals and cost estimates based on client needs.

Sales Strategy:
Contribute to sales planning and promotional strategies.

Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
