Job Description
TASQ is urgently looking for call center agents to work on-site in Cebu City. The initial screening interview will be conducted over the phone.
Qualifications:
Proficient in English
High school graduate (old curriculum) or higher
Open to candidates with or without prior experience
Willing to work on-site in Cebu City
Must be open to assignments in retail, travel, insurance, finance, or telecommunications accounts
Available Accounts & Compensation Packages
Account A
Salary package: Up to 24,000 PHP, depending on experience
Must be a high school graduate or higher
BPO experience is preferred but not required
Account B
High school/SHS graduate with at least 1 year of call center experience (must have a Driver’s License) – 25,000 to 27,000 PHP
High school/SHS graduate with 1 year of GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, or Apollo only) – 26,000 to 29,000 PHP
Completed at least 2 years in college, with at least 1 year of call center experience – 19,000 to 21,000 PHP
Completed at least 2 years in college, with 2 years of call center experience, or 1 year of financial background in a BPO setting – 24,000 to 25,000 PHP
Completed at least 2 years in college, with 2 years of call center experience, or college graduate with at least 1 year of call center experience (Insurance background is highly preferred) – 24,000 to 26,000 PHP
Account C
At least 2 years of BPO experience as a Customer Service Representative
Must have a stable job history (not a frequent job hopper)
Minimum requirement: High school graduate (old curriculum)
Basic salary: 18,000 to 25,000 PHP
For the Sales Account:
Proven experience as a top sales performer, consistently exceeding targets and earning recognitions or awards
Strong sales skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals
Excellent communication skills
