Job Description
TASQ is urgently hiring call center agents to work on-site in Cebu City. Initial interviews will be conducted over the phone, so please keep your lines open and accessible.
Who We're Looking For
Strong English communication skills
At least a high school graduate (based on the old curriculum) or higher
Open to both experienced and inexperienced applicants
Willingness to work on-site in Cebu City
Flexible to be assigned to various industries such as retail, travel, insurance, finance, healthcare, or telecommunications
Available Positions and Requirements
Account A
Minimum of high school education
BPO experience is a plus but not required
Account B
High school or Senior High School graduate with at least 1 year of call center experience and a valid driver’s license, or
High school/SHS graduate with 1 year of experience using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Apollo), or
Completed at least 2 years in college with 1 year of BPO experience, or
At least 2 years in college with 2 years of call center experience, or
2 years in college with 1 year of financial-related BPO background, or
College graduate with at least 1 year of BPO experience (insurance experience highly preferred)
Account C
At least 2 years of BPO experience as a Customer Service Representative
Must have a stable employment history (no frequent job changes)
Minimum educational requirement: High school graduate (old curriculum)
For Sales Roles:
Proven success in sales, with recognition or awards for top performance
Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals
Excellent verbal communication skills
