Job Description
-Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources and equivalent
-With 3-5 years related working experience
-Preferably 40 years old and above
-with extensive experience in Employee Relations/Labor Relations
-With experience handling Labor cases and attending SENA Hearing
-Knowledgeable with the Labor Law
-with experience in Training Needs Analysis
-with experience in handling corporate/ company events
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Php 40,000 / monthly
HMO upon 1 year of tenure
Life Insurance up to 400k
