Public Relations 
Reports To
The PR will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations and General Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Build relationships with journalists, write press releases, and secure media coverage.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns, craft messaging, and manage crises.
• Write speeches, blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Organize press conferences, promotional events, and outreach programs.
• Track media coverage, analyze PR campaign effectiveness, and prepare reports.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and act as a spokesperson when needed.
• Other functions as may deem necessary by the General Manager
Qualifications
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.

• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and social media platforms.

IT Programmer 

The IT Programmer will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations, LMS & Software Interface - PLH, and General Manager
Job Description
• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Implement user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks, especially Vue.js, to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs to support business applications.
• Create and optimize database queries, ensuring data integrity and efficient performance in relational databases like MySQL.
• Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to track and manage code changes effectively.
• Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to align software solutions with business goals.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed applications.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1-2 years in software development
• Proficient in PHP and Laravel.
• Familiar with JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js.
• Basic knowledge of RESTful API development.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL preferred).

The Marketing Assistant will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations, General Manager, and Sales Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Manages and updates social media profiles, schedule posts, and engagement with the online community to enhance brand presence.
• Assists in creating marketing materials, such as social media posts and scheduled advertisements.
• Addresses online enquiries from possible clients from all social media platforms, groups, and pages as well as answers phone calls from sub-dealers, partners, and suppliers.
• Assists in reporting/reminding current statuses starting from inquiring to closing of sale
• Assists in scheduling of bookings, other logistic expenses (Food, accommodations, mode of transportation), and payments for Marketing events.
• Assists the Sales and Marketing Department as they see fit under this scope of works
Qualifications
• Graduate of any Business-related courses.
• Knowledge and experience with photo and editing skills is a plus
• Has good attention to detail and excellent customer service.
• Is able to handle working under pressure and deadlines.

Job Description
• Assist department heads, managers, and/or administrators
• Provide clerical and technical support in such areas as recruiting, hiring, compensation, and benefits.
• Gather information on employees’ training, skills, wages, promotions, and general work history, recording this information by hand or on a word processor for use of the data to update personnel files.
• Maintain researchable information requested by current and prospective employers and even credit agencies.
• Prepares employee reports for managers in the organization
• Arranges for advertising and/or posting of job vacancies and notifies eligible workers for position availability.
• Arranges for in-house and external training activities, and explains company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants
Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Human resources, Psychology, or Business Administrations
• At least six (6) months to one (1) year of work experience.
• Proficient in using Excel and Microsoft Word and other apps alike
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work assignments from a variety of departments.
