Job Description
* Developing and implementing strategies to increase employee morale and retention
* Conducting surveys and gathering feedback to understand employee satisfaction levels
* Collaborating with other departments to create initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement
* Understanding the company’s employee engagement strategy and objectives, and working with managers to ensure it is being executed
* Conducting regular check-ins with employees to gauge satisfaction levels and identify any areas of concern
* Working with managers to develop action plans to address any areas of dissatisfaction identified through employee check-ins
* Providing training to employees in areas that will help them perform better at work, such as conflict resolution or time management
* Monitoring employee turnover rates to determine if there is a need for improvement in hiring practices or employee retention tactics.
Qualifications:
* Preferably 40 years old and above
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration or another related field.
* With extensive experience in Employee Relations/Labor Relations
* With experience handling Labor cases and attending SENA Hearing
* Knowledgeable with the Labor Law
* With experience in Training Needs Analysis
* With experience in handling corporate/ company events
Salary Range: P Offer: Php 40,000 / monthly
