Job Description
This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including complaints, conflicts, and performance concerns.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits:
Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary, bonuses, health insurance, and retirement plans.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Conduct salary surveys and benchmark compensation packages to ensure competitiveness.
Training & Development:
Identify training and development needs for employees at all levels.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Track employee development and provide feedback on progress.
Compliance & Legal:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Provide guidance on legal matters related to employment, including discrimination, harassment, and safety.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
HR Administration:
Manage HR systems and processes, including payroll, timekeeping, and employee benefits administration.
Create and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, with a proven track record of success.
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment law, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You will initially be engaged as an independent contractor for 6 months, transitioning to a regular employee status with Sizanid HR Inc. thereafter.
