Job Description

Key Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
-Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive company growth.
-Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies with customer needs.
-Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and agreements to maximize business value.
-Address client concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
-Develop and implement strategies for customer retention and relationship management.
-Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to stay ahead of market trends.
-Prepare reports and presentations on business performance, opportunities, and challenges.
-Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and business meetings.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Relations Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans.
