Job Description

The duties and responsibilities of a Human Resources Coordinator are generally focused on providing support to the HR department through administrative and clerical tasks. Below is a breakdown of key duties and responsibilities for this role:

1. Administrative Support
Provide clerical support to HR managers, including organizing meetings, preparing documents, and managing HR files.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring they are accurate, confidential, and comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Prepare and manage HR-related correspondence, including employment contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews, onboarding sessions, and other HR-related events or activities.

2. Recruitment and Staffing Support
Assist the HR Manager in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.

Communicate with potential candidates regarding their application status, interview schedules, and other inquiries.

Prepare offer letters and assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and initial training coordination.

3. Payroll Processing Assistance
Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate employee timesheets and attendance records are submitted and processed on time.

Help with the processing of payroll data, including the calculation of overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

Address employee payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
