We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Supervisor to lead and manage our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. As the HR Supervisor, you will work closely with leadership to foster a positive, productive workplace culture and ensure that HR practices align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
1. Supervise and manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
2. Provide support in employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving workplace issues.
3. Manage performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
5. Handle payroll administration, benefits management, and other compensation-related tasks.
6. Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and company productivity.
7. Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
8. Assist in implementing HR strategies to improve organizational performance and employee engagement.
9. Prepare HR reports and present recommendations to senior management.
10. Lead HR-related projects, including organizational development and change management initiatives.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7. Proficient in HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills
1. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
2. Experience with HR-related projects, such as performance management systems or organizational development.
Salary:
₱20,000.00 Monthly
