Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist for Ride Handling and Delivery Services to join our customer support team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, handling issues related to ride-sharing, and managing delivery service concerns. You will ensure a smooth and positive experience for both riders and drivers, as well as assist with timely deliveries. The ideal candidate is empathetic, problem-solving, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat for customers using ride-hailing and delivery services.
Assist riders with ride-related concerns, such as issues with bookings, cancellations, pricing, and driver ratings.
Help delivery customers with tracking, order issues, and resolving concerns related to the delivery process (e.g., delays, incorrect items).
Troubleshoot issues between drivers and passengers, working to resolve conflicts and ensuring a smooth ride experience.
Collaborate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient deliveries, addressing concerns about routes, traffic, or order discrepancies.
Support the management team in investigating incidents, such as accidents, service delays, or safety-related issues.

Qualifications:
At least completed 2 years in College + 12 months to 23 months Int'l BPO experience and up
Salary:
₱26,000.00 Monthly
