Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Captioning Associate to join our Travel Experience Care team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate real-time captions for customer calls, ensuring that travel-related customer service interactions are accessible to individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. You will play an essential role in enhancing the overall travel experience for our customers by ensuring smooth and accurate communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Real-time Captioning: Listen to live customer service calls and provide accurate, real-time captions for customers who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Maintain Accuracy: Ensure that all captions are typed accurately and reflect the content of the conversation, maintaining a high level of precision.
Customer Support: Work closely with customer service agents to ensure smooth communication between the agent and the customer, especially when complex travel inquiries are discussed.

Qualifications:
At least HS/SHS Grad + 12 months to 23 months Int'l BPO experience and up
