Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Assist customers with troubleshooting product or service issues via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical hardware or software problems.
Product Knowledge: Maintain deep understanding of the company's products to provide accurate guidance.
Documentation: Record customer interactions, issues, and solutions in a CRM system.
Escalation: Identify when to escalate more complex issues to engineering or higher-tier support.
Training: May provide training to customers or new team members on product usage and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Technical aptitude or specific technical training
Problem-solving abilities
Patience and empathy with customers
Familiarity with CRM software and remote diagnostic tools
Typical Background:
A diploma or degree in IT, engineering, or a related field
Experience in customer service or technical support roles
