Custumer Service Representative for Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative for Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, providing product information, and helping to close sales. You will support the sales team by ensuring customers have a smooth and positive experience from inquiry to purchase. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about products, services, and promotions.
Assist customers in selecting the right products or services based on their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
Process customer orders, including product selection, pricing, and availability, ensuring all details are accurately captured in the system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase, answer any additional questions, and resolve any post-sale issues or concerns.
Support the sales team by identifying sales opportunities and cross-selling or upselling additional products or services when appropriate.

Qualifications:
At leash HS/SHS Graduate + Expro 12 months to 23 months Int'l BPO experience and up
