Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate for Retail. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our retail customers, assisting them with inquiries, order issues, returns, and other product-related concerns. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for retail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, returns, exchanges, and store policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, offering solutions that meet customer needs while adhering to company guidelines.
Provide information on product availability, features, pricing, and promotions to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure accurate data entry and update customer information in the company’s CRM system.
Support the fulfillment team by assisting with order tracking, shipment status, and delivery updates.
