Customer Service Associate for CABLE CARE SALES

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate for Cable Care Sales to join our team. In this role, you will support customers with their cable service inquiries, assist with troubleshooting, and drive sales of cable products and services. You will be the first point of contact for customers looking to enhance their cable service experience, whether it's upgrading their packages, adding new features, or resolving technical issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales orientation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries regarding cable services, packages, features, and troubleshooting.
Promote and upsell cable services, including internet, television, and phone packages, based on customer needs and preferences.
Assist customers in selecting the appropriate cable service plans, ensuring that they understand the available features, pricing, and benefit
Resolve technical issues, account-related questions, and service concerns, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Process new service orders, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations, and ensure that customers understand any changes to their accounts.
Track and document all customer interactions and service requests in the CRM system.
Educate customers on the use of their cable services and offer tips to enhance their experience, such as setting up features, using on-demand services, or troubleshooting minor issues.

Qualifications:
At least HS/SHS Grad + 6 months to 11 months Int'l BPO experience BPO Sales and Up
