Job Description
Work Location: Pasay - Head Office
Salary: negotiable
Job Description:
- Manages Client Pooling, Quotation, pricing, and furnish weekly progress report to management.
- Prospects for potential new client, cold call, and meet potential clients – research, build relationships, maintain and leverage current network connections.
- Work with internal team to develop proposals that fits to fully cater client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Manages client retention and enhance existing business relationship – offering new products and services.
- Attend Industry functions and cascade event information to all concerns.
- Assist in preparing service/sales contract – aligned to company rules and guidelines.
- Assist to provides process to improve service performance to customers and build brand loyalty.
- Perform Operational Level Profit and Loss Management and Cost Management
- Collaborate with Business Development / Sales in Sales Activity
- Handle Project implementation and meetings and ensure smooth transactions sales and operation
- Conduct regular process review within the internal Department and report to top management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Engineering or any related course.
- With 6-7 years of overall experience
- With more than 2 to 3 years work experience in Contract Logistics and doing Strategic planning, project management, business development, lean operation & problem-solving, field work, and with strong motivation.
- With Knowledge /Experience in General Accounting (excellent math ability)
- Knowledgeable in Documentation Compliance and Standard Procedures.
- Familiar with warehouse operation, Manufacturing process operations & improvements, and business systems operation.
- Computer Literate (Proficient in MS Excel)
- Good Communication skills, proactive, has initiative, and with wide network capacity.
