Job Description

Location: Onsite | Makati
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our purchasing, warehouse, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a results-oriented approach to improving processes across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage purchasing, warehouse, and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Collaborate with business unit heads to plan and execute process improvements impacting multiple departments.
Monitor and assess vendor performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
Report directly to the President and General Manager, implementing approved improvements and changes.
Manage staff performance and ensure project milestones and departmental goals are met within budget.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the supply chain team.
Develop and document supply chain policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within supply chain or logistics.
Knowledge of shipment procedures and customs processes.
Strong results-oriented mindset and proven success in driving supply chain efficiencies.
