Job Description
Must have at least 8 years of work experience in HR - Learning and Development.
Must have experience at least 5 to 7 year(s) of work experience as HR Manager specializing in Training & Development within a BPO setting.
Must be amenable to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
Preferably with Instructional Design experience
