Job Description
- Working knowledge of different HR facets to support operations on day-to-day queries.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides performance management guidance (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and other related duties to support departmental needs and functions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- FEMALE not more than 35yrs old
- Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, HRM or related course.
- Currently residing within Metro Manila.
- At least 2 years' experience with HR functions including talent management, performance management, employee relations, training and development and labor laws.
- Proficient with conflict resolution and performance management.
