Job Description

The company is hiring Customer Support Associates for a Fintech client, seeking individuals who are passionate about customer service, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and team-oriented. The role involves providing world-class support via chat, email, and phone, ensuring customer satisfaction, and constantly improving processes. Candidates will need to take ownership of their tasks, solve problems, and communicate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone
Provide friendly, solution-driven support to ensure customer satisfaction
Engage in daily huddles, coaching, and process improvement training
Handle various shifts (day, mid, and night) with enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills in English
Multitasking ability and keen attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
Basic computer skills and a typing speed of 40 WPM with 100% accuracy
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required if you’re passionate about helping customers
