Job Description

What You Will Do
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Deliver fast and friendly solutions to customer inquiries
- Utilize internal Knowledge Base and tools for accurate responses
- Collaborate with Operations and KYC teams for case resolutions
- Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience

What We Are Looking For
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-changing environment
- A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Typing speed of 40 WPM with 100 percent accuracy
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but passion for helping people is what matters most
