Job Overview:
We are seeking Italian-speaking Technical Support Representatives (TSRs) to assist customers with inquiries about various products and services. Support will be provided through multiple channels, including phone, chat, web forms, email, and social media. The role requires delivering excellent customer service while ensuring all interactions are properly documented.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Handle inbound calls, emails, chats, web forms, and social media inquiries.
Provide prompt, professional, and courteous responses to customer concerns.
Assist with product- and service-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolutions.
Make outbound calls as needed.
Basic Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues following standard procedures.
Escalate complex cases to Tier 2 support or supervisors when necessary.
Information & Assistance:
Offer detailed guidance on products, services, promotions, and company policies.
Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and order processing.
Documentation & Data Management:
Accurately log customer interactions, complaints, feedback, and resolutions.
Customer Satisfaction Focus:
Strive to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.
Aim for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Qualifications & Skills:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Italian and English (spoken & written).
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Windows applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel) is an advantage.
Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, listening, and conflict resolution abilities.
Typing Speed: Minimum 40 words per minute, with the ability to type while listening.
Call Center Experience: At least 1 year of handling professional phone support.
Technical Support Experience: Minimum 1 year in a technical product support role.
Sales Experience: Background in phone sales is a plus.

Additional Requirements:
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
Education: High school diploma required; some college education preferred.
Work Schedule: Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment, supporting US, APAC, and EMEA regions.
