Job Description
The Technical Sales Associate provides essential technical and administrative support to the sales team to drive revenue growth. This role ensures outstanding customer service and smooth execution of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in implementing sales strategies and campaigns.
Maintain up-to-date sales records in the database.
Assist with sales processes using the designated platform.
Help prepare product discussions and presentations.
Ensure exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations.
Engage with customers, actively listening to their needs.
Coordinate technical support and company resources to address customer concerns effectively.
Monitor budget controls to support business unit profitability.
Gather and share market insights with the company.
Assist in preparing monthly sales reports, customer service updates, and performance summaries.
Contribute to the development of annual and monthly activity plans aligned with business goals.
Continuously enhance job and product knowledge through learning opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or Materials Science.
Open to fresh graduates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to quickly learn various computer systems is an advantage.
